Every completed Winyi order includes complimentary standard shipping. Product price, shipping cost and the PayPal checkout path are visible before you place an order.
Payment confirmation and preparation
An order enters preparation after PayPal payment confirmation. Preparation can take longer during launches, holidays or periods of unusually high demand. We do not publish a universal dispatch promise because timing can depend on the order and fulfillment conditions.
Delivery estimates, not guarantees
When a delivery estimate is available at checkout, it is a planning guide rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Destination, carrier operations and events outside Winyi's control can affect transit timing.
Review your address before checkout
Please check your delivery address before payment. If you spot an error, contact Winyi as soon as possible with the relevant order detail. Winyi can review a requested change before dispatch, but cannot promise changes once fulfillment has started.
A private arrival
Winyi handles personal-care orders with discretion. Packaging presentation can vary by destination and fulfillment partner.
